Scope of service
Sessions are spiritual healing, guidance and education. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services.

Booking, reschedule, and no shows
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

Safety note: I do not work where there is coercion or harm. I do not diagnose or prescribe medication. I do not use tarot. If I see the need for another form of support, I will say so with care and honesty.

Fair access
We do not sell priority access. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We never cancel or shorten an existing booking to accommodate another.

Refunds
Sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Digital goods are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes and delivery of digital products are handled by our payment partners at checkout.
